Del Spina was awarded on Aug. 1, 1979 the Financial World Magazine  “One Of the Top 10 Brokers on Wall Street.”

Bored with retirement, Del Spina in 1995 assumed the unimaginable task of designing and building one of the Most Prestigious Waterfront Gated Communities around Lake Cumberland, Owners Frances and Anthony Del Spina incorporated, Lake Cumberland Resort which became a $50,000,000 Real Estate project with 10-mile of roadway on 500-acres. The resort community has been acclaimed a feat in itself, converting a 1,000 acre desolated peninsula without any utilities into a wonderland resort, shared by the 500-acre Daniel Boone National Forest. Over 200 homes, 3-swimming pools, tennis court, restaurant, country store and year round boat ramp, built, designed and donated to the Pulaski County. Ky.

Once it was announced in 2006 that a possibility Interstate I-66 would cut through Kentucky using the Hwy.80, Del Spina instructed his staff of advisors to commission an independent, very costly, Economic Impact Study to determine the feasibility of constructing a mega complex center on the only possible 428-acre parcel within the proposed route. The costly acquisition is now acclaimed, the Miracle Mile Complex.

Interested investors with a minimum net worth of $1-million may inquire to Developer an opportunity to consider a unit participation in the development of this mega complex.

About the Developers

A project of this caliber is not new to developers Anthony and Fran Del Spina. They have recently completed their project, Lake Cumberland Resort, a 10-mile gated Lake Community in Pulaski County with a taxable value of $50,000,000 and have generated tax revenues of $17,000,000 since its inception.

The Miracle Mile Complex became a consideration for development once news was released in 2006 a study to merge Interstate I-66 into Kentucky Hwy 80. The Del Spinas funded an Economic Impact Study prepared by independent engineering firm QK4 and Colson Consultants to challenge the exclusion of Del Spina's property as a potential interchange candidate due to its costly acquisition and the elimination of one of the future development that could deprive the State of Kentucky voluminous tax revenue and job opportunities.
